Thank you, Harper Lee

Amazing author. To Kill a Mockingbird was one of the BEST books I have read. Generations of readers have been deeply changed by it.

When I was reading this a year ago, I typed a LONG block quote from the book on my phone just to read the scene over and over again. I believe this book also taught me to be sensitive to others because “there’s just one kind of folks. Folks.” (oh wow I can still remember it). A journey through Scout’s innocence being “killed” by a sad reality — you’ll experience a whole lot of feels.

Reading this book was one of the main reasons why I flip when INJUSTICE was clearly showed in a situation. Have you ever been stereotyped? Lots of those in the world, maybe this would serve as an eye-opener and increase your awareness (and possibly, thoughtfulness).

When I finished the book, I thought to read it again. And again. And again. It really had a great effect on me.

Kung hindi niyo pa nababasa, then I gladly recommend it. It’s never too late to read one of literature’s masterpieces.

I still have yet to read Go Set a Watchman. One of these days, I’m sure.

Thank you for sharing your talent to the world. RIP Harper Lee!

DIY Exploding Box!

Hey guys! Last week, as I was rummaging YouTube and Pinterest, I decided to make a do-it-yourself Exploding Box because I think it would be a cool gift. You see… it’s my M.U.’s/special someone’s birthday, and instead of a material thing this year, I wanna make an effort with love!
